MTProxy Terms of Use

Effective date: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the proto-mt.com website, the MTProxy application and related services, collectively referred to as the “Service”.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

1. Definitions

Service means the proto-mt.com website, the MTProxy application, proxy servers, connection settings, technical infrastructure, instructions, interfaces and other materials provided through the website, application or related channels.

MTProxy means the application and service that provides users with access to proxy servers and connection settings for supported applications.

User means an individual who uses the Service.

Operator means Lagom Products LLC, the owner and administrator of the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides access to proxy servers, connection settings and technical tools for supported applications.

The Service may include:

  • a list of available proxy servers;
  • connection button;
  • automatic or manual server selection;
  • setup instructions;
  • technical diagnostics;
  • connection status notifications;
  • other features related to Service operation.

The set of features may change without prior notice.

3. Acceptance of Terms

The user accepts these Terms from the moment they:

  • visit the website;
  • install the application;
  • launch the application;
  • connect to a proxy server;
  • use any feature of the Service;
  • contact support.

Use of the Service means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Free Service

The Service is provided free of charge.

At the time these Terms are published, the Service does not include paid plans, subscriptions, in-app purchases or mandatory payments for core features.

The user is not required to pay for access to the Service.

The Operator may change the Service model in the future. If such changes occur, relevant information will be published on proto-mt.com, in the application or in the relevant app store.

5. Registration and Access

The Service may be available without registration.

In some cases, an email address or another contact identifier may be required to contact support or receive a response from the Operator.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of any information they voluntarily provide.

If the user receives an individual key, link, configuration or other access element, the user must not transfer it to third parties unless expressly permitted by the Operator.

6. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the Service only in a lawful manner and not to take any action that may violate the rights of third parties, applicable law or the normal operation of the infrastructure.

The Service must not be used for:

  • spam;
  • fraud;
  • phishing;
  • distribution of malware;
  • attacks against websites, servers, applications or users;
  • port scanning;
  • unauthorized access to information systems;
  • excessive automated load;
  • infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • distribution of illegal content;
  • commercial resale of access without permission;
  • actions that may block, overload or damage the Service infrastructure.

The Operator may restrict or terminate the user’s access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

7. Fair Use

Even if the Service is provided free of charge, the user must comply with reasonable usage limits.

If a user’s activity creates excessive load on the infrastructure, degrades Service quality for other users or appears abusive, the Operator may:

  • temporarily limit speed;
  • restrict access to certain servers;
  • temporarily suspend access;
  • block suspicious connections;
  • change available connection parameters;
  • refuse further service.

These measures are used to protect Service stability and access quality for other users.

8. Availability and Performance

The Operator strives to maintain stable operation of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, maximum speed or operation in all networks, countries, regions, devices or applications.

Service performance may depend on:

  • server load;
  • user’s internet connection quality;
  • device settings;
  • operating system version;
  • network operator restrictions;
  • third-party application behavior;
  • technical failures of infrastructure providers;
  • force majeure events;
  • changes in protocols, applications or network rules of third parties.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, incidents, attacks, overload or other reasons.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service is not an official Telegram product and is not affiliated with Telegram unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party applications, app stores, operating systems, advertising and analytics platforms operate under their own terms and policies.

The Operator is not responsible for decisions, failures, restrictions, blocks, changes or actions of third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

The Operator is not liable for:

  • inability to connect due to reasons beyond the Operator’s control;
  • reduced speed;
  • temporary server unavailability;
  • failures in telecommunications networks;
  • operation of third-party applications;
  • changes in third-party rules, protocols or policies;
  • data loss caused by the user, third-party services or external technical reasons;
  • consequences of unlawful or abusive use of the Service by the user.

The user is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country and the rules of the services they access while connected.

11. Intellectual Property

All website, application, interface, design, text, logo, graphics, software code and other materials belong to the Operator or are used by the Operator on lawful grounds.

The user may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, resell or use Service materials outside normal user use without the Operator’s written permission.

12. Changes and Termination of the Service

The Operator may change Service functionality, add or remove servers, update the application, change the interface, technical parameters and available features.

The Operator may also temporarily or permanently discontinue the Service where necessary for technical, organizational, legal or commercial reasons.

13. Paid Features and Refunds

At the time these Terms are published, the Service is provided free of charge and does not include paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases or mandatory payments.

Because the Service is free, refund provisions do not apply.

If paid features are introduced in the future, payment, cancellation and refund terms will be published separately before purchase.

14. Personal Data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published on proto-mt.com.

By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on proto-mt.com.

Continued use of the Service after the updated version is published means acceptance of the changes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

The parties will try to resolve disputes through negotiations.

The user may contact the Operator at mtproto.team@gmail.com.
